Like many of us, you started this journey knowing that it would be difficult, but also knowing that the reward at the end of all the hardship would be worth it—
Except so far... It hasn’t been.
And if you’re anything like me then your “reward” has turned out to be anxiety, stress, and growing resentment for your current position in life.
You’re starting to spend more and more time looking backward, wondering if the effort and pain has been worth it…
What life would have been like if you made a few better decisions here or there…
If you would have been happier by following your heart first and your head later…
It’s time to end the struggle, and I can help with that.
The Real Cause of That Empty Feeling Inside…
Believe it or not, that constant emptiness is a good thing.
(Yes, crazy— I know, but give me a minute or two and I’ll prove it to you.)
Our bodies generally send signals about things that go wrong.
Stub your toe? You feel pain.
Getting sick? You get chills.
Dehydrated? You can feel lightheaded or thirsty.
All of our bodily functions have monitoring systems that tell us when something is going wrong.
Your mind and spirit have similar mechanisms, they’re just a little more tricky to decipher.
That feeling of emptiness is actually a signal from your subconscious mind that you’re not living in alignment with your true self.
It’s a warning sign, that you need to start making a change before it’s too late…
And no, I don’t mean that there’s some dark, scary “ultimate end” that awaits you.
I simply mean, that with enough time, you can numb yourself, even to that numbness.
You can (and likely will) opt into a variety of self-soothing, dopamine-chasing behaviors that occupy your time, rob you of your spark, and ultimately help you settle for less than you’re capable of.
Thankfully, there’s an alternative.
A decision-making guide that I pioneered myself, having hit my own rock bottom XX years ago.
